Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
